Vm fusion + windows vista + macbook?

ive got just a normal macbook && im wondering when i get vmfusion ( i do have the minimum requitments) does it come pre-loaded with like a copy of vista or XP, if not can i just by a copy of vista a download onto vm fusion or will it just make everthing terribly slow :\?
