Bone in chicken recipes...(..thighs..dru…

i need some ideas for this i have never used bone in chicken before...always brought the boneless skinless chicken but it is cheaper to buy bone in. So what do you use on this type on chicken we have a gas grill and a small convection oven..as well as a stove top. i plan on making asparagus with it.
