How much progress on my body can I make from now to next school year?

I started working out 4-5 times a week (I have a full weightlifting room in my garage luckily) and I was wandering if I kept it up how big of a difference I will probably see. P.S my dad used to be a big Weight lifter and knows a lot about it so hes helping me learn the techniques. Im a freshman now.
