Reinbursement of $50,00 becauise I accepted the internet plan in 8/06?

In August 2006, I accepted the inter net services that you offered and was told at that time that I would be receiving a check in the mail for $50.00. As of this date I still have not received any monies. Also, I requested a copy of monies that I paid to you for the year of 2005, due to an audit being conducted by the IRS, thus far I have not heard anything about these two matters.
