Does anyone have a working runescape account that i can have?

please will someone give me a runescape account. i used to have one then my so called "freind" changed recovery q's and i didnt know... then he waited 14 days for them to confirm then he hacked me! and i could never get the account back and i even put my billing info down and still nothing. and my account name was shea of torn im still currently ranked 763 in the highscores i had almost 99 eveything. please someone give me an account... thank you all very much
